Housekeeping Services are offered to both Rental Guests and Owners/Exchangers.
Rental Guests
Your villa will be tended to by Housekeeping daily during your stay.
Beds are made daily.
Fresh towels are supplied.
Carpet is vacuumed and surfaces are dusted.
Kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned and mopped.
Owners & Exchangers
Our Housekeeping staff will have your villas thoroughly cleaned prior to your check-in. They will also provide you with a mid-week tidy which includes replenishment of towels, tissues and soaps, bed make-up, and trash removal from your villa. For owners and exchanges, mid-week tidy service is scheduled 3 days after checking in. Changes to your scheduled day of service will be charged a small fee. Daily cleaning service is available to you at an additional cost.
Standard Housekeeping Services
The following services are provided to all owners & exchangers:
Full Clean prior to arrival
Mid-week tidy (3 days after arrival) includes making of the bed (without replacing linens), replenishing clean towels and trash removal
An additional Full Clean is included on the seventh day, if you are staying more than one week

The following services are provided to supplement the standard housekeeping service at an additional cost.

Make up beds (without replacing the linens)

You can have your villa fully cleaned on any day during your stay. Services include:
