Pulehu, an Italian Grill offers Italian cuisine with a modern flair. Let Chef Wesley Holder and Executive Chef Francois Milliet take you on a culinary journey during your vacation.
"Pulehu", which means grilled or cooked over an open flame in Hawaiian language, offers Italian favorites cooked over an open flame. Guests can savor the house-made favorites such as the Black Mussel Brodo, Grilled Veal Chop and Jidori™ Pollo Piccata to name a few.
Signature appetizers at Pulehu, an Italian Grill are Duetto of Bruschetta, Crispy Calamari, Poached Molokai Prawns, and Rustic Crab Dip. Pulehu Classicos include Lobster Carbonara, Lasagna and Flame Grilled Beef Tenderloin served with portabella mushrooms, truffle whipped potato, demi glace.
A unique feature of Pulehu restaurant is its wood stone oven where freshly baked pizzas will be created for all to savor with various toppings and fillings.
The restaurant also offers a well-priced Italian inspired wine list, Italian beers and cocktails to complement the menu selections.
Pulehu, an Italian grill is open from 5:30pm to 9:30pm Thursday through Monday.
