Pulehu which means grilled or cooked over an open flame in Hawaiian language, offers Italian favorites cooked over an open flame. Guests can savor the house-made favorites such as Mahi Mahi, Saltimboca, Pesto Opakapaka (Hawaiian Snapper), Chef Adam's Lasagna and Chicken Picatta to name a few.
Signature appetizers at Pulehu, an Italian grill are Garlic and Tomato Bruschetta, Crispy Calamari, Anti Pasta Platter, and Crab Cakes with a Sweet Bell Pepper Sauce. Pulehu Classicos include Lobster & Sausage Penne, Prawn Risotto and Filetto de Manzo (Tenderloin of Beef) served with Portobello Mushrooms and Truffle Potato Puree.
A unique feature of Pulehu restaurant is its wood stone oven where freshly baked pizzas will be created for all to savor with various toppings and fillings. Guests are encouraged to share appetizers and our most popular entrees are offered in piccolo ordine (half order) or grande ordine (full orders). Appetizers will range from $5.00 - $15.00 and entrees from $16.00 - $35.00.
The restaurant also offers a well-priced Italian inspired wine list, Italian beers and cocktails to complement the menu selections.
Pulehu, an Italian grill is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from 5:30pm to 9:30pm.
