The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas appoints Anthony Edington as Executice Chef. He is leading the resort's culinary operations, developing recipes and menu items, and overseeing hiring and staffing of the property's various food and beverage outlets.
Edington brings more than 20 years of experience to his new position, having worked for a number of high-profile restaurants in New York, California, Colorado and Hawai'i. he joined the Starwood family in 1995 as executive chef of Kapalua Bay Hotel on Maui, and also spent four years as chef de cuisine at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa. Prior to his promotion to Executive Chef, Edington was food and beverage manager for the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas.
